Subscription Terms

- The subscription is activated after successful payment and remains valid for the paid period.
- The user independently selects the pricing plan and subscription period.
- Access to paid features is provided on an 'as is' basis within the current version of the service.
Auto-Payment Terms
Auto-payments are activated automatically when you subscribe. Funds will be charged from your linked card before the end of the current subscription period to ensure uninterrupted access to the service. Auto-payments are processed through the YooKassa payment system in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.
Enabling Auto-Payments
Auto-payments are enabled automatically when you subscribe on the pricing page. During your first payment, your card is linked to your account through the secure YooKassa form.
Disabling Auto-Payments
To disable auto-payments, cancel your subscription in the 'Subscription' section of your account. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the paid period, and automatic charges will stop.
Billing Cycle
The billing cycle starts on the subscription activation date and repeats according to the selected period (month, year).
- Funds are charged at the beginning of each new subscription period.
- With auto-payments, the charge occurs one day before the end of the current period.
- The next billing date is displayed in your account under the 'Subscription' section.
- If the charge fails, the subscription will be suspended until successful payment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Conditions for refund:
- A refund is available within 14 days of payment if the subscription services have not been used.
- Refunds are issued to the card used for payment within 10 business days.
- To request a refund, please contact support with the reason for your request.
No refund provided when:
- No refund is provided if the user has actively used the paid features of the service.
- Partial refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period are not available.
- No refund is provided if the user has violated the terms of service.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. No reason is required for cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, access to paid features is retained until the end of the paid period.
- After the subscription period ends, your account will automatically switch to the free plan.
- All materials you have created (books, chapters, characters) are preserved and remain accessible.
- You can resume your subscription at any time by making a new payment.
